Text Structure
Introduction
This week, we're diving into the architecture of writing! Text structure is how authors organize their ideas to support their purpose. Just as architects design buildings for specific functions, writers arrange their words in patterns that help achieve their goals. We'll explore common structures like problem-solution, cause-effect, and chronological order, and discover how these frameworks strengthen an author's purpose. By understanding these building blocks, you'll not only comprehend texts more deeply but also construct more effective writing of your own!
